We’re starting with our Eureka lemon harvest in WEEK 6 and continuing with our fantastically nurtured citrus right through until around WEEK 36

Jupiter grown citrus is lovingly cultivated on our South African farms by an expert farm team, equipped with the latest technology to ensure the finest quality and best tasting fruits.

The geographical spread of our South African farms in Limpopo and Kwazulu- Natal, as well as the Eastern and Western Cape allows us to cater to the specific needs of the global market.

Expertly nurtured citrus

Following the start of our virtually seedless Eureka lemon harvest, our Star Ruby’s aren’t far behind. A premium variety of grapefruit, Star Ruby’s are well known for their bitter-sweet flavour and intense perfumed natural oils.

Our well-placed farms in South Africa allow us to be amongst the first to harvest our stand-out Valencia oranges too from around WEEK 21. Other fantastic citrus fruits from our farms include the sought after Nadorcott and Navel oranges.

World-class facilities

The recent renovation of our world-class pack house in Maswiri saw the introduction of a brand new 12 line GREEFA machine which allows us to pack 50 tons per hour. The wet-line at our facility allows us to seamlessly wash, wax, treat and dry our carefully hand-picked fruit!

The Jupiter Group is a leader in the global fresh produce market. Ranked 17th in the 2020 The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200, Jupiter grows and supplies new and traditional varieties of grapes and citrus alongside melons, pineapples, limes, avocados and kiwi.
