We’re delighted to announce our relationship with well-known retailer Lidl has reached new heights with the imminent supply of our 400g Melon Medley punnets coming to selected stores across the UK.

This September we’ll add to our already successful fruit lines stocked on Lidl’s shelves, supplying valuable options for consumers interested in convenient, on-the-go healthy snacks.

400g Melon Medley punnets

Prepared in our BRCGS AA graded facility, our Melon Medley containing cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon is de-skinned and diced by hand ensuring quality control and minimal waste.

By collaborating closely with Lidl, we’ve been able to create synergy in our relationship by achieving their exacting specification and already supply them with two fruit punnet lines – 400g watermelon and 400g pineapple.

Virgin plastic reduction

Inclusive of the melon medley line, our 400g punnets also possess another great selling point.

In conjunction with packaging supplier Sharpak Aylesham and the Prevented Ocean Plastic™ (POP) initiative, we pack the Lidl lines in a preventative and fully recyclable solution.

The POP initiative helps tens of thousands of people around the world by implementing formal recycling infrastructures into coastal communities, creating employment opportunities, and preventing plastic from entering the ocean, which would otherwise be degraded by the salt water and sunlight rendering it unusable for recycling in food packaging.

Future supply lines

Keep your eyes peeled for our fourth Lidl fruit line, when our supply of 200g Fruit Salad lands in selected stores early next year.

Prepared with gala apple, red grape and pineapple, they’ll be stacked full of flavour whilst adopting the staple POP packaging.
