The fifth episode of our second season is now LIVE!
We were delighted to chat to Newport Show’s Show Manager Sally Western this week, as Jupiter’s Head of Sales Gareth discusses our involvement in the show in the latest broadcast of The POD.
In this episode the duo talk about the upcoming Newport Show, ‘Shropshire’s best one day show’ taking place on Saturday July 9th 2022.
The annual agricultural event, close to our UK HQ sees upwards of 11,000 locals flock to Chetwynd Deer Park to enjoy varied and exciting entertainment and more.
During the Pod, Sally and Gareth discussed the fun on offer for the whole family including our fantastic fruit shy competition taking place near the Festival of Food’s ‘Little Foodies’ tent, which we’re also sponsoring.
The Little Foodies tent will offer local children attending the opportunity to make ice-cream using dry ice as part of the morning’s exciting activities.
Our fruit shy competition
Alongside the ‘Little Foodies’ tent our fruit shy will give local children the opportunity to WIN a Babybel® Light Cheese, Apple & Grape Snack Pack for every child in their school.
Between 10am – 4pm children can win a token for their school by toppling fruit from the shy stall.
The school with the most tokens at the end of the event will be the lucky recipients of the healthy snacks prepared in our Audley Avenue facility.
Babybel® Light Cheese, Apple & Grape Snack Packs
The snack pack: a combination of Babybel® light cheese crisp apple slices and great-tasting grape, usually lines the food-to-go shelves as a fresh and nutritional alternative in Tesco and Spar stores in the UK.
At just 73 calories, it makes for a great complementary snack to a sandwich or salad or a perfect little stand-alone option, whilst being perfectly suitable for vegetarians and naturally lactose free.
