In our most recent podcast from our series, ‘The Pod’, our Head of People Teresa was joined by Clinical Psychologist and expert in all things happiness, Dr Vikki Barnes.

Launched in October 2021, Free Happiness: the art and science of positivity, Dr Vikki’s first book, is an accessible, life affirming book that includes inspiration of how to live your best life, no matter what.

Wellbeing at Jupiter

Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy and happy and as part of the Jupiter family we are working hard to develop a culture of wellness that plays an active and positive role in the daily lives of our colleagues.

We have a newly developed employee engagement committee, aptly named the ‘Way of Champions’, who as part of their development are working towards broad initiatives so that people in our Group can access something that stimulates their own personal wellbeing.

Listen to the conversation…

It was fantastic to welcome Dr Vikki back to Jupiter for the first time since she wrote a guest article for our corporate magazine, Global Roots in 2020.

In the conversation between Teresa and Dr Vikki they touched on her new publication, workplace wellbeing, three top tips for positivity and so much more.
