Our inaugural digital event, Jupiter ONLINE begins on Monday and will run October 26-30.

The event will see us release a series of podcasts, open up 1:1 meeting opportunities alongside a live midweek webinar focussing on food security, sustainability and blockchain solutions.

Our weeklong digital extravaganza, will provide multiple opportunities to join, watch and listen online with key global players from our group, alongside a number of special guests.

Jupiter ONLINE’s headline act

The main event during Jupiter ONLINE will be webinar on Wednesday October 28, hosted by our CEO Mark and Joint MD Yvonne. The pair will be joined by Gary Loh the CEO and founder of DiMuto, our blockchain solutions provider.

The exclusive live webinar will discuss ‘Security vs sustainability’ and the direct impact on customers and consumers alike. Our leaders along with Gary Loh, will open up on Jupiter’s recent blockchain developments too with a discussion on our fantastic and brand-new traceability technology.

Releasing podcasts from ‘The Pod’

During the week of Jupiter ONLINE our series of fruitfully interesting podcasts will be touching on the fresh produce industry landscape, business and farming challenges, as well as a mixture of fresh fruit category news and new variety produce.

Jupiter ONLINE kicks off with a look at ‘South African citrus’ with our very own Head of Citrus Procurement Kenny hosting our Technical Director Cristian and Head of RSA farming, Kobus in an illuminating discussion.

Released daily, listeners of The Pod can look forward to consumer insight chat with data intelligence consultancy Kantar’s Consumer Insight Director, a discussion of all things avocado between our Commercial Director and the Category Director of Oppy, not to mention a founding member of Global Women Fresh will be joining the Jupiter team to discuss equality in the agri-fresh space.

Other releases throughout the week will include an update on new variety grapes, the importance of corporate wellness initiatives as well as ways to manage farming remotely with the CEO of software solution provider, KisanHub.
