With our Greek kiwi season fast approaching we wanted to provide an update on the development of our 2021/2022 crop.

Cultivated on farmland suited to the development of exceptional kiwi, our fruit grows in the fertile and moist soils situated close to the Nestos river.

The North-Eastern location of our kiwi vineyards in Greece not only provides our fruit with the ideal microclimate but remains an optimum position to help shorten lead times to market.

Our kiwi are maintained at the optimum temperature from packhouse through to customer thanks to the controlled atmosphere cold stores and pre-cooling facilities found on farm.

Hayward kiwi

Harvesting around WEEK 43, we’re pleased to announce that our premium quality Hayward kiwi are developing well.

Hayward is the most popular kiwi and is grown globally for the world’s markets. Slightly more round in appearance than other cultivars, Hayward are known for their high levels of sweetness and exceptional eating quality.
