Continuing our developments in India, several new ARRA™ varieties have now landed in the country and are being prepared for testing

As the Master Licence holders for ARRA varieties in India, earlier last year we awarded the exclusive production rights in the country to our growing partners in the region, Sahyadri Farms.

Exclusive new varieties

The arrival of the plant and rootstock into India is the first time that these new varieties have been introduced into the country. On the back of a successful Indian season which included a quality crop of commercial volume ARRA 15 (ARRA Sweeties™), we are further investing into the market and are growing other new varieties, specifically selected for their flavour and improved shelf-life.

A breeding nursery

Our brilliant new ARRA varieties have been developed in California and will now be planted in our innovative Indian nursery to mature. ARRA grapes are known for their reliability and quality and are sure to flourish in the ideal tropical conditions of India.

The cuttings have been prepared in biodegradable cocopeat paper pots and are ready for rooting in the bespoke nursery surroundings.
