Incoterms 2020 has been launched by the International Chamber of Commerce, an update of the renowned regulations that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers operating in the international trade system.

From 1 January 2020, the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) are implementing a new regulation that will see marine sector emission allowances cut from a 3.5% sulphur reading to 0.5%. The new IMO 2020 regulations will see the largest ever reduction in the sulphur content of a transportation fuel undertaken at one time.
