Jupiter sponsored pair, Michael and Pascale O’Leary are walking a huge 200 miles in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The walk, taking place predominantly in Ireland commenced on 30 September with the conclusion planned to be 15 October. Traditionally the wettest month of the year in Ireland, October will present the intrepid walkers with the most challenging of terrain.

For a great cause

This huge distance is being covered in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust. The TCT is a UK based cancer support and care charity that works to improve the cancer experience of young people aged 13–24. Founded in 1990, the charity’s main service is to provide specialist teenage units in NHS hospitals. This incredible charity also also trains and funds staff who are teenage cancer specialists.

Supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust

Michael and Pascale have a long history of supporting the TCT and we are delighted to provide sponsorship. The Jupiter logo will be with the walkers every step of the way and we’ll be providing funds too through our Nancy Tweddle Foundation.

The final five-mile stretch will see Michael and Pascale return to the UK so that friends, family and supporters can join them on the final push.
