The Nancy Tweddle Sports Generation Fund
In memory of a very special lady who supported her family and friends in all sporting events we at Jupiter Marketing Ltd have developed the The Nancy Tweddle Sports Generation Fund.  Nancy Tweddle was Mark’s much loved grandmother who passed away in January 2006.  Her love of watching her children and grandchildren playing in various teams has prompted the launch of this Fund to help teams from our suppliers packhouses across the world be more committed to their colleagues and friends through belonging to a sports team.

Our Objective:
“ This fund is designed to support sporting activity amongst the work forces of our suppliers from around the world to encourage team work, community spirit, exercise and responsibility through team sports and working together.”    Mark Tweddle – Managing Director,  Jupiter Marketing Ltd.

Whether it is football, rugby, hockey, netball, skittle ball, or any other team sport we are interested in hearing from teams from our suppliers pack houses across the world.  They can be adult or childrens teams.
To initiate the fund Jupiter Marketing Ltd has donated £1000 to get the fund started and each year will host a charitable team sport with our staff based in the UK which through sponsorship will generate money to top up the fund. 

Applications for a donation from the Fund to support your team:
There are several criteria that each application must achieve:

  1. It must be for the benefit of a team not an individual connected to one of our supplying packhouses.  You must be able to illustrate your connection to your employer.  Childrens teams are also eligible for the fund if you can demonstrate the link through your employing company.
  2. A donation from the fund is only available for kit, clubhouse or pitch sponsorship. Not for Managers, travel or expenses.
  3. You must complete an application form and fax it to +44 1952 822222 for the attention of Mark Tweddle.
  4. You must obtain 2 written quotes for the items you are proposing for funding for.
  5. The maximum amount you can apply for is up to £1000 equivalent in local currency.
  6. You must have the signature of your employer on your application in the appropriate area.

On approval of the funding we will arrange transfer of funds direct to your preferred supplier detailed in your quotes.  Our logo will be supplied in an approved format for inclusion on your items.

Funds will be awarded each year by 31st September and winners of the funds will be included on our website so we will require lots of photos!  We may even choose to visit with your team over the course of the year.
