This entails working with existing suppliers/growers and finding new ones to develop a bigger supply base so we can offer to more customers. Our role is to buy the right quality at the fairest price and have a supply base that is broad enough to spread the risk in case of weather that damages production.
He supports growing partners and internal teams. Disri also assists our supply base in the development of their operational techniques and production requirements on farm.
Throughout his career Disri has worked around the world, understanding and applying standards for major retailers which has given him a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure our products are coming from the very best growing environment.
