Jupiter’s at Madrid Fruit Attraction 2018

Jupiter to exhibit for first time at international show

As we continue to build on our 2018 successes as a developing, international fruit grower and trader, we’re excited to be expanding the dates in our trade show calendar too.

For the first time this year we’re delighted to reveal that we’ll have a stand at the trade show Madrid Fruit Attraction, which pulls in up to 50,000 visitors and will run from October 23rd to 25th at Feria de Madrid.  You will find us in hall eight at stand 8A02D.

Our inaugural appearance at the three-day international event for the fruit and vegetable industry, will be at what organisers have dubbed the biggest show in its 10-year history – with over 500 other exhibitors signed up to take part.

And, it’s certainly an exciting time for us to be attending the show – which is set to be 16% bigger than it was in 2017.

Showcasing new products

Not only were we proudly ranked 17th in the Sunday Times International Track 200 in June, but, as part of our global development, we’re continually adding new products to our range which we are looking forward to highlighting at the show.

These include the first yield of our pioneering new varieties of table grapes, which our experienced team’s been carefully cultivating in our 500 acres of vineyard across Greece, Chile and India.

Jupiter Group’s CEO Mark Tweddle said: “We’re delighted to be attending Madrid Fruit Attraction for the first time this October.

“The event has grown significantly and we’re looking forward to attending to showcase our fresh produce and the plans we’ve got in the pipeline as we continue our journey to further develop as a fruit grower.”

Other countries exhibiting at Madrid Fruit Attraction 2018 include EU countries, like Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Greece and France, as well as non-EU countries such as Chile, Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica, Columbia, Argentina and South Africa.

The Greek table grapes will be the first of the new development to bear fruit for supply for Jupiter – and you can read more about them here.

Jupiter also delivers a global supply of citrus, top fruit, stone fruit and kiwi.

Based in the UK, Jupiter Group is a leader in the global fresh produce market.

Ranked 17th in the 2018 The Sunday Times International Track 200, Jupiter grows and supplies new varieties of grapes alongside a global supply of citrus, top fruit, stone fruit and kiwi.
